Return & Refund Policy
At Luxe Length Collection, we take pride in providing high-quality hair extensions made from premium Vietnamese raw human hair. Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain a strict returns policy to protect the quality and hygiene of our hair.
Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
No Returns on Used or Altered Hair
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hair that has been:
- Worn or installed
- Washed or conditioned
- Cut or coloured
- Dyed, bleached or chemically treated
- Styled or altered in any way
- Removed from its original packaging or security seal, where applicable
We also do not accept returns due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, such as choosing the wrong length, texture or quantity.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue, you must:
- Provide your order number
- Provide clear photographs and/or video evidence of the issue
- Keep the hair unused, unworn and unaltered
- Keep the original packaging and condition of the product
Once we have reviewed your request, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.
Non-Eligible Situations
We cannot accept refund or replacement requests for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection of length, texture or quantity
- Hair that has been worn, installed or styled
- Hair that has been cut, dyed, bleached or chemically treated
- Hair that has been washed or altered
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper care or handling
Approved Returns
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item.
The item must be returned within the timeframe specified by us and must meet the conditions outlined above.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, Luxe Length Collection will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
